Downsizing Cost

All fresh piercings will swell, which means that the initial jewelry must be longer to accommodate for swelling. Once swelling has subsided, it is very important to downsize it to a fitted post to prevent excessive movement, snagging, tooth damage (for oral piercings), and possible migration from the longer bar being pushed crooked when laid on.

Most piercings will only need to be downsized once. We only change out the part that goes through the skin when downsizing, not the decorative end.

There is a $6 jewelry change fee per piercing, plus the cost of the shorter bar. You can find the cost of the shorter bar listed below based on the piercing.
