Fresh piercing requirements:

-16g or 14g

-3/8" or larger diameter

-No plain seam rings where the seam can get pulled through the piercing or rings with gems the same size as the ring that can get pulled through the piercing. As long as the gem or decorative end is larger than the thickness of the ring (gauge) it most likely will be okay to pierce you with (by a professional piercer only).

Healed:

Any style ring can be worn in a healed daith piercing. Any gauge and diameter can be installed into a healed daith piercing. Diameteres that can be worn vary depending on anatomy, both in the sense that it won't be too tight and that the decorative end will not push against the outer conch bowl. Please see a professional piercer for proper sizing.
